  2. Bishop Bruce R. Ough will serve as the leader for the new Dakotas Minnesota Episcopal Area. Plans are under way to welcome Bishop Bruce R. Ough to the Dakotas this fall. Each district of the Dakotas Annual Conference will host an event that will include worship and fellowship.
