  1. St. Jane PRESCHOOL Welcome!

  2. Three Year Old Preschool • Our three year old program is socially based • Helping our young children begin to learn how to share, cooperate, being a part of a group, and taking turns • Letters, numbers, colors, and shapes will be introduced in a fun and engaging way.

  3. Reading Program • This year we have a new book series for the three year old program. The first book in the series is The Seals on The Bus. • This program introduces children to story vocabulary – Characters, Setting, and story parts beginning, middle, and end, as well as author and illustrator. • The children will also engage in hands on activities that will connect to the stories.

  4. Gym and Music class • Every Tuesday the children will attend gym class. Our gym teacher is Mr. Malito. • There is no uniform for gym, however please send your child in comfortable clothes and gym shoes • The children will walk across to the gym with Mr. Malito and Mrs. Ramirez or Mrs. Ziarko. • The children will attend music class with Mrs. Brightmore on Wednesday. • The children really enjoy music class they learn about famous composers, and sing lots of fun songs.

  5. Snack • There will be a snack calendar sent home every month. • When its your child’s turn to bring snack you will provide the snack and drinks for their class for the whole week. • We would like to keep the snacks healthy Monday-Thursday on Friday is our treat day so the snack does not have to be healthy. • You may send the snack each day with your child or send all of tIf you would like to send in fruit we will wash and cut it here at school.

  6. Arrival and dismissal • The children will arrive and dismiss from our back preschool door. • If someone different is going to be picking up your child, please send us a note with the person name that will be picking up your child.

  7. Wednesday folders • The Wednesday folders contain information such as manna certificates, grub days, monthly school calendar • Please read the information in the folders and send back the empty folder the next day to school

  8. Fieldtrips • For the safety of the children when we attend fieldtrips one parent or guardian must attend with each student.
