PILOT PROJECT«Training workers for high-tech sectors by means of dual model» 10 Winner pilot regions • Kaluga Region(automotive cluster) • Moscow Region (military-industrial cluster) • Yaroslavl Region(territorial clusters «GAS and Turbine Machine-building and Power Machine-building» and «Pharmaceutical and Innovative Medicine») • N.Novgorod Region(machine-building, metal works, automotive cluster) • Volgograd Region(machine-building) • Ulyanovsk Region(aviation, nuclear-innovations cluster) • Republic of Tatartstan(machine-building) • Perm Kray(machine-building) • Sverdlovsk Oblast(metallurgy, machine-buildingand materials processing; energy sector, energy machine-buildingand electric technology) • Krasnoyrsky Kray(enterprises of high-tech and research-intensive sector; enterprises of traditional machine-building sector; satellite enterprises) Agency of Strategic Initiatives together with the RF Ministry of Economic Development, RF Ministry of Education and Science, RF Ministry of Labour, RF Ministry for Trade and Industry, Russian-German Foreign Trade Chamber organised the signing of multilateral agreements with the winner regions on the provision of expert and methodological support to help implement the dual VET model
