Primary Capital Programme - ICT Aim to provide: • a reliable, robust, sustainable network infrastructure county-wide through our ICT Framework provider • effective training and support to all schools, including visioning and the BECTA Self Review Framework • a secure learning platform • Anytime / anywhere access to ICT (1:1 pupil:computer ratio) • Support and advice on solutions and design integration for all schools

  13. Primary Capital Programme - ICT How? • Top-slice a percentage of the PCP funding • Make use of other funding sources (MSP, Harnessing Technology, DFCG) • Prioritise pyramids/areas on the basis of deprivation and/or where there are several major capital projects already taking place
