  1. What media institutions would distribute your movie? • A production company provides the physical basis for works in the realms of the performing arts, new media art, film, television, radio, and video. We felt that our film would be distributed by a low budget distribution company as the quality and technology used in our film was not to the standards for a high budget distribution company. • We would want our film to be produced by a low budget institution as we have used technologies that a low budget institution would use . An example of a successful low budget film institution is the film makers. There most successful low budget film was the Blair witch project.

  2. How did you attract your audience? • Other films that related to our urban thriller genre was a film called harry brown. As I have seen this a few times I notice the trouble cased by young people and the way they represent females in a bad way. • As the main part of my opening sequence is when the boy pursues the lady in the under path . In harry brown most of the disturbing scenes happen in a underpass. This shows that younger people are always in underpasses causing havoc. • We addressed our audience my carrying out research by looking at different social groups. Once this was done, we came to a decision to make a film for teenagers. Another way we attracted our audience was verbally asking our friends and classmates what type of film they are likely to go watch, and also if they would watch this film in the cinema.

  3. How did you attract your audience? • We also used surveys for peoples reviews on our film. We received a lot of reviews from survey monkeys. The two we show balances out the reviews we got.

  4. Who would be your audience for your media product? • My target audience for my film would be mostly teenagers and young adults aged 15-24 as the characters in the movie are close to this age. Another reason why I think that this film is aimed at the age is because the people who made it are the same age. This shows that we have key insights of our social groups , this will help us to known what things they would watch. • If we did release this film it would require a certificate by BBFC . Our film would be classified as a 15 certificate film . This is because the violence is not as in-depth as harry brown for it to be 18. however the scenes in our movie could still affect the young.
