One biopsy of soft tissue mass at the axillary zone: Malignant Mesothelioma (IHC: CK (+), Vimentin(+), NSE(+), Calrenitin (+), S100 (+), Desmin (-) • One biopsy of the pleura:signet ring carcinoma? • The patient died two days after Dr Kantrow’s consultation • Was a final diagnosis established?

  3. Was the patient smoking or inhaling something that could have aspergillus in it?

  4. Patient of 59 years old • Tissue diagnosis been made with cell block of the pericardial fluid appeared soon after the consultation causing cardiac tamponade requiring pericardial centesis. • Symptomatic thrombosis of left femoral vein • Adenocarcinoma, EGFR mut (-) • Treatment: anticoagulant; Carbo + Pacli + Bevacizumab

  5. Was this a slow onset disease? • Was there fever or weight loss? • Was a diagnosis established by lung biopsy?

  6. Vietnamese American • Pemphygus treated with prednisone and mycophenolate • BAL culture revealed M.tuberculosis • She stayed in HCM city for PTB treatment

  7. Mycobacterial and fungal cultures still negative?

  8. Cant remember the story…Khue?
