  2. ¿QUÉ ES EL ABSENTISMO? • EL ABSENTISMO ESCOLAR SE PRODUCE CUANDO DEJAMOS DE IR A CLASE • PUEDE SER: • FALTANDO SÓLO UNAS HORA (esporádico) • FALTANDO MUCHAS HORA (intenso) • ABANDONANDO LOS ESTUDIOS (crónico o abandono)

  3. LA PESCADILLA QUE SE MUERDE LA COLA: • NO ME GUSTAN LAS CLASES…DEJO DE IR • COMO NO VOY A CLASE NO VEO A MIS COMPAÑEROS Y ME DISTANCIO DE ELLOS…. • COMO NO VOY A CLASE NO ME “ENTERO” DE LO QUE EXPLICAN…ESTO ME DESMOTIVA TODAVÍA MAS

CAUSAS QUE PUEDEN HACER QUE DEJE DE IR A CLASE: • No me gusta estudiar • No me van bien los estudios • No me llevo bien con algunos profesores • No me adapto al centro y a los/as compañeros/as. • Mis amigos se saltan las clases o no van al centro • No tengo claro lo que voy a hacer en un futuro. • No se si estudiaré • No acepto las normas

  5. ¿ QUÉ CONSECUENCIAS TIENE EL NO IR A CLASE? NO PODRÉ LLEGAR A SER LO QUE ME GUSTA………….

  6. ¿POR QUÉ ES OBLIGATORIO IR A CLASE? Existen LEYES que hablan de la OBLIGATORIEDAD de la enseñanza desde los 6 años hasta los 16 años, y de que son nuestros PADRES los que tienen que velar porque nosotros vayamos a clase. • Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de Mayo, de Educación, que mantiene vigente el artículo 1 de la Ley Orgánica 8/1985, de 3 de Julio, Reguladora del Derecho a la Educación • El artículo 154 del Código Civil • El artículo 226 del Código Penal, Ley 10/1995 de 23 de Noviembre, • La Ley Orgánica 1/1996, de 15 de Enero, de Protección Jurídica del Menor (B.O.E de 17 de Enero), en el artículo 17
