  5. auditing the staff • background of staff at TMPS (22 different nationalities- other groups consist of Greek, Chinese, Sri Lankan, Welsh...) • enrolments • matching staff to community • employment??? • getting parents on side (and keeping them there)

Curriculum needs to provide students with an education for the future (global education) 4. Asian Literacy Rotations (whole school) 5. Two languages - Indonesian & Mandarin
