  5. Home Philosophy • Teaching is an opportunity to transform a student’s life. Selfishly, I would like to teach because it brings me joy to inspire a positive difference. To see student’s eyes light up and smiles on their faces when they are learning is a reward for me. With a curious mind, students can grow intellectually and instructors can spark that lifelong passion for learning. Back to Teaching Elements

  7. Mission Home • As a teacher, growing professionally is an essential commitment. There are many techniques and methods that are still being discovered to improve classroom and online education. • Therefore, it is vital for teachers to continue to stay informed with the latest methods and techniques and be open-minded to introduce these methods appropriately, in order to, improve the student learning outcomes. • As a teacher, I am charged with a mission to inspire the professional development of students using real-world curriculum. • CATS allow the instructor to evaluate their student learning needs in order to meet learning objectives so they are successful. • Students require continued support and reinforcement for meaningful education in order to continue their growth intellectually, professionally and personally.

Home Resolutions • I resolve to uphold a classroom that fosters curiosity along with mutual respect so that all students will be courageous fulfilling their academic challenges. • I resolve as a classroom or online instructor, I will maintain and open-mind to continue growing professionally and stay informed with the latest teaching methods that have proven to have success. Home Resolutions • I resolve to incorporate real-world, meaningful learning experiences in the classroom and to coach my students as to the professional expectations and discernments necessary for their success in the business world. • I resolve to engage with students using appropriate Classroom Assessment techniques to meet the learning objectives • I resolve to remain a supportive mental coach for my students to empower them to reach their potential.
