  2. Introduction AgentVacations.com was started four years ago by a group of insurance agents to list vacation properties for other agents from their company to rent. This specific agent group has a close fraternity type of connection which is why this type of exclusive program works so well. When we first started the website it was simply for the enjoyment of the member agents. Four years later the program has grown tremendously and in January of 2008 our agents decided to begin allowing sponsors for the program. The idea behind the sponsorship is simple: Agents want to support those that support them. When surveying the agents we received an overwhelming response that they would absolutely refer business to our sponsors.

Current Marketing Strategies for Claim Business • Bring lunches/snacks to agents office • Bring business cards These marketing techniques while good , do not separate you from other business who can do the same marketing. We offer a truly unique opportunity to separate your company from others through the national exclusive sponsorship. We give website branding, monthly e-newsletter exclusive ad, and what we feel can be your best tool is the quarterly 200+ page PDF ebook that you can download and either print off and put in a binder or save to a CD with your information on it to take to agents office. Your franchisees can take multiple copies as our program is open to staff as well. We will continue to grow and have additional opportunities such as: • Vacation giveaways • Monthly prizes And all will be sponsored by YOU! About Us I worked in claims for many years with this company and also in agents offices. While working in claims and in agents offices I learned how the process works with various companies seeking claim business. This program was started after discussing with a group of agent friends about how they wanted to create a network with other agents to rent each others vacation properties. We created AgentVacations.com .

  6. Conclusion Agents wanted to set pricing levels low so that just one claim can make up a years sponsorship for one location. Our current sponsors agree the price is very reasonable. This can be made up in just one average claim. Is there any other marketing tool that can help them build a solid relationship with their local agents with such a low cost?
