  5. Requirements • Online payment • Standardize products • Extract data for delivery • Optional to pick up data • Easy to use

  6. Develop the Concept • Have requirements • Do some research • Refine

  7. Review Existing Sites and Systems • What did they offer? • How did they do it? • Who did they serve?

  8. Refine the Plan Known: • Web server - IIS • CMS - WordPress • Payment system - PayPal Unknown: • Store application • Extraction
