  6. STEP 1: Log in to PTW Popup OFF Using a supported Web browser on the proctor computer, go to the IP address or URL of the TDS. This information should be provided by the technician who set up the TDS for your school.

  7. STEP 1: Log in to the PTW Type in the User Name and Password of a staff member assigned to the test session. For –trn, use generic logins.

  8. STEP 2: Open a Test Session Status must be Available Select Test Session Name

  9. New Window Get from school admin or DAS.

  10. Names of students assigned to test session will appear. After Password Entered

  11. STEP 3: Create a Session-on-Demand If not listed, the proctor can create a test session by selecting the Create Session button on the Test Session Selection Screen.

  12. STEP 4: Students Start Assistive Technology

  13. Use URL provided by technician or shortcut on desktop. STEP 5: Have Students Start the STW and Log In (Or Mac)

  14. PC Select Run (2x) MAC Select Download

  15. Proctor can look up Usernames and Passwords from the PTW Naming Convention: Username: first initial, last name, birth year (4-digit) Password: birth year (4-digit)

  16. Students will only see the test sessions to which they are assigned.
