New Park and Restaurant Donny & huntie
Our current park is over 15 years old and the view does not attract anyone to the park. The old rusted obstacles in the park ruins the picture already.Some of the park parts are broken and can be very harmful.The park is rather very small and makes the surroundings less fun.The flooring of the park is completely concrete.Some of bolts and nails are sticking out to cause more harmOur current restaurant is over 25 years old and nobody goes there because it is old and moldy, and it is in the middle of our current beat up parkThe employees are terrible they always show up late and when they show up they don’t do any workSome of the seating and tables don’t even stand up and the seats don’t even hold peopleThe restaurant is super big and it takes up to much space in the park Current Park and restaurant
S. Situation: The old park caused many accidents and sickness from the rust. Also it does not attract anyone to the area around it. With no people going to the park means less active people less active people means less healthy people. The new restaurant is old and its falling apart. It is moldy and old, the employees are crap and they have terrible customer service. Poor people cant afford to buy food.
A. Angel funds will help us with excavating and hire construction workers. That will be a really big help with getting the park done and more efficient. Angel funds will be able to help us because with the money they could donate to us we could have enough money to build a new building that looks nice. They could also give us food to give to the poor and starving people.
R. Recommend: Park Supply will provide all the safety hazardous and all the metal covers to prevent sickness. Which will make the park more efficient. Restaurant Supply will be able to provide us with all of the new seating in the restaurant and they can also provide us with some new appliances for cooking the food. They will give us grills and ovens to make hot dogs and hamburgers, and they will supply us with new friars to make French fries. They can also give us food.
I. Implement: If the park got new pads and covered up metal it will have everyone able to play in the park. Over 60 days it will improve by having 10+ people more. If the new restaurant got the new seating there will be a nicer area to sit. And the new appliances will make the food cook quicker so we can get the food out to the starving kids. It will help in 2 months because 10+ people wont be starving anymore.
E. Evaluate: If these steps are followed it will improve activeness, view, safety, and a better community. If these steps are followed we will be able to get better food to make the people healthier. And it will be free so the poor people wont have to pay for food.
Buy new equipment-woodchips of Town Park: At $10 per square foot, which is. The new equipment will provide a nice view and more obstacles to play with. Create safety pads on harmful equipment: This will prevent accidents and provide safety hazards for oncoming children. Although the cost is very pricey but we will take care of any costs. Replace rusted equipment with new equipment: This replacement will be more attractive and the more space inserted will have more active well beings be more active. We can blow up the old restaurant and make everything including the new park. The new restaurant building would cost at least $10,000. A new restaurant would make the town look better.
