OUR STRENGHTS L’IPOTESI CONTRATTUALE • Sicuritalia, with a viw to outsourcing of security concerns and the facility management organizations, is a point of union between the different needs of Customers and the number of vacancies available market, offering, with its structure and competence, the best solution in Italy for the specific needs. • Sicuritalia offers a full service, delivering directly some of the services and coordinating and organizing the job, according to established schedules and procedures, so that the contracted services are provided according to the default standard with the Customer (SLA) and in ever meeting the real needs of same. • The integrated approach to solve problems of security and facility management enables cost containment and optimization of efforts to handle issues related to the same. • The provision of services is accompanied by a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) web-based, which allows the customer to interact with Sicuritalia tracking in real-time all activities contracted, and by high and appropriate insurance coverage, which include coverage of the risk of ineffectiveness of primary insurance policies underwritten by the trustees ("Contingency Insurance"). • Finally, to coordinate activities relating to contracts entrusted, Sicuritalia uses its own Control Center with the most modern technologies, can support all the operational needs of the customer.

OUR CRM • Our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is represented by a management software, web-based, aimed at integrating the management information system of the Contract tender.This software can be adapted according to specific operational and administrative user requirements and allow us to manage and audit the flow of operational and administrative order from a remote location. • Our CRM can ensure: • complete computer tracking of all activities relating to performances given; • management of all administrative documentation to support billing; • unlimitednumbarofaccess; • interaction (to each according to his profile) for the implementation of such services; • homogeneity in management procedures. • Our CRM , at basic level, will determine: • the list of geographical areas of responsibility of each Contractor and data relating to authorizations for the activity • insuringeachindividualContract; • enabled services and services to be performed for each location of the Customer; • timetable for services to be performed; • management of reports of order (it allows you to monitor the notification of cancellation of service • requests, changes, records and reports any failure); • access single Contractor for the control of activities to be carried out; • data storage, basic statistics and management reporting modules; • the demand for new services and / or modification (travel times, additional staff etc)
