  2. HCL Training and Staffing Services is a subsidiary company of HCL Technologies Ltd. It aims at providing skills and training to the workforce through HCL TSS hiring programs in the IT domain. The trained delegates are supposed to fill the skill and talent gap with their acquired technical and professional expertise during the HCL TSS training programs.

  3. HCL TSS offers a best-in-class skill-based training program for entry-level jobs in HCL for: • Engineering Graduates or Post Graduates • Graduates • For Class-XII pass students • Women

  4. HCL TSS Locations HCL TSS operates from different locations in India. Some centers source, train and recruit candidates from across India. While some centers of HCL handle training and recruitment of local candidates.

  5. The candidates trained at different locations get placements anywhere in India or in their respective training areas.

  6. The Fee structure, Training Tenure and Locations

  7. For class-12 • One-year Tech Bee program charging fees of INR 2 lac + tax with a stipend of at different centers

  8. For Science Graduates: • Nine-Month Science Graduate Training program charging fees of INR 3 lac + tax at multiple centers

  9. For Engineering Graduates and Post Graduates: • Six-month training program charging INR 2.5 lac + tax with HCL job placement

  11. The candidates get thorough study material as well as access to e-library during training. The training programs comprise: • Classroom training • Instructor-led training • E-learning modules • Hands-on practice • Soft skills program • Interaction with industry experts • Guest lectures • Activity-based learning
