  1. Counselor Connections What to do if you’re being bullied • Take a stand, but DON’T become a bully yourself! Keep your cool and walk away. • Don’t put yourself down or believe any bad things the bully/bullies are saying about you. Stay positive and confident in yourself! • Get support. Surround yourself with friends who will be there for you and help you speak up against bullying. • Most importantly, REPORT IT. Find a trusted adult (teacher, principal, counselor, parent, etc.) and tell them about the bullying that took place!
