Purpose / Benefits for Students • Research shows that students who spend time in nature have better grades, higher standardized test scores, improved problem solving abilities, and are often more creative. Experiences with nature heighten the senses, stir the imagination, and have been shown to be a potent therapy for ADD/ADHD, childhood depression, and obesity (Richard Louv – Last Child in the Woods).
