  1. Jaja life’s humble home for the elderly.

  2. Doctor John Paul and Cecilia are our volunteer doctor who come from Kampala to run mobile clinics in the village.

  3. Mobile clinic Doctor Cecilia starts off with BP check/s.

  4. Dr. Cecilia examines Jajja Maria and Neliko. JajaNeliko was found to having tuberculosis while Jajja Maria was diagnosed with hypertension.

  5. JajjaSsalongo was checked and found with Hernia. He was advised to have an operation from the main referral hospital. Later we took him for the operation which was successfully done.

  6. Doctor Cecilia observers JajaNzabalinda’s stomach that gets abnormal swellings. He was referred for further investigations. He is now undergoing treatment.

  7. Doctor John Paul attends to JajjaMayi who expresses stomach pains related ulcers.

  8. JajaOkoth has hypertension and suffers from eye irritations. She’s advised to seek further attention from an optician. Later she had an eye operation from Mengo hospital.

  9. Lunch time with the with Jajjas.

  10. Doctor John Paul listens to JajaMugole who feels dizzy and weak most of the time. She has a history of hypertension.

  11. One of our new member to the Jajja life family complains of chest pains and stomach aches. He was diagnosed with Tuberculosis and was treatment.

  12. Doctor John Paul discovered JajaMpalata to be having cellulitis on his right toe. This was treated and now he is well.

  16. Activities • Making home visits. • Palliative care and emotional support. • Advising and training their next of kin if any, on how best they can support as they live with them. • Growing and distribution of food.

  17. Every Jajja got a package of food stuff and a bottle of parrafin {kerosene} at the end of the day.

  18. JajaPhai has high blood pressure which is as a result of the loss son and daughter in a period of one year due to HIV AIDS.

  19. JajaNeliko has a bacterial infection making him experience difficulties when breathing. He was given antibiotics for two weeks.

  20. JajaMugerwa has hypertension and also suffers from stomach ulcers.

  21. Jajakantono has a very bad cough. She was put on antibiotics for a week.

  24. Time to say good bye.

  25. Its sad to say good bye but east west, home is best.

  26. All the Jajas were filled with joy and were thankful for the visiting doctors.
