  2. Online Database Statistics(as of 9-20-2011) • 7538 Active Facilities • 6688 Subject to section 312 (Tier Two reporting) • 6048 Tier Two reports submitted for RY 2010. Some of these facilities were made “inactive” after submitting the report • 673 Facilities subject to section 312 that did not submit a Tier Two report

  3. Online Database Statistics(as of 9-20-2011) • 2849 Facilities Subject to section 302 (Emergency Planning) • 2007 Facilities subject to section 302 and 312 • 842 Facilities only subject to section 302 – most are farms, some warehouses, Sears

  4. Data Available to LEPCs • CAMEO datasets • Excel spreadsheets • Specific to LEPC, Fire Department, County (recommended), or City • Send requests to deq-sara@michigan.gov (New address)

  5. Tier II Manager™ Updates • All district coordinators have access to Tier II Manager™ • Record 302 Plan approvals online • Add 302 Plans to the database • Facility can review as read-only and provide feedback to LEPC • MSP can review online • Plan review dates and 302 list combined • All Plans in one location

  6. Upcoming Changes • EPA proposal to require new data fields and require 302 notification to be submitted annually • Tier II Manager™ will be re-written on a new platform. Expect to implement for RY 2012 reporting cycle. This should fix some download problems and allow for additional search features.
