All newly appointed SENCOs with less than one year’s experience (started after 1st Sept. 2008) Qualified teacher Accreditation to be gained by Sept. 2012 2 Modules SENJIT to deliver training Training to be government funded Will replace ‘Grow your own Senco’ Induction and mentoring scheme to continue SENCo Regulations
