  1. The Daily Habit is the only half-hour daily show highlighting today’s most-popular action sports celebrities, musicians, comedy, and cutting-edge new products. Hosted by Pat Parnell, NBC television commentator for the Olympic Games and the Dew Action Sports Tour. The Daily Habit airs each night at 9:00pm ET/PT and is re-telecast the next day at 12:00am ET, 8:30am ET, and 3:00pm ET • FUEL TV will produce an entire week of shows, on location at the Fantasy Factory, to promote Monster Energy Drink and any upcoming events or initiatives. Monster branding will be incorporated into all The Daily Habit promo’s for the week including bump-ins & outs. FUEL TV will invite Monster athletes to appear on The Daily Habit throughout the entire week. (to tape in May or June 2010) • Monster week sponsorship includes: • 5 unique and original, sponsored episodes of TDH, each receiving 3 repeats (20 total airings0 • 2 x :30 units in each airing of TDH through the entire week (40 total :30 units) • 2 x :05 billboards in each airing of TDH though entire week (40 total :05 billboards) • Monster athletes featured on TDH throughout week • Monster messaging to run in TDH ticker • 200 tagged promos leading up to and during week week on

Custom Segments from Winter X-Games • During the 2010 Winter X-Games in Aspen, FUEL TV will work with Monster Energy Drink to create custom content featuring Monster sponsored athletes in and around the Monster footprint at the games. Each segment will premiere in The Daily Habit and showcase Monster’s world-class athletes along with the brand’s messaging. • X-Games custom content sponsorship includes: • 5 individual and unique segments from Winter X • FUEL TV and Monster to determine creative direction (ex. athlete focus, comedy theme, etc.) • Each segment to premiere in The Daily Habit and repeat 3 times • Segments to air one per day for one week (M-F) • On-screen logo and audio mention during segments • Each segment to live online at FUEL.TV • 1 x :05 billboard per episode throughout the entire week (20 total) • 1 x :30 commercial per episode throughout entire week (20 total)

Segment will feature highlights, standings, and Monster athlete interviews. Will also include the biggest tricks and hardest falls from the entire event. • USASA Nationals and All-Star Pipe Jam segment in TWU includes: • One 2:00 segment covering entire event to air in TWU (1 x FSN and 28 x FUEL TV) • On-screen logo and audio mention during segment • 1 x :30 commercial during each airing of segment (1 x FSN and 28 x FUEL TV) • 1 x :05 billboard during each airing of segment (1 x FSN and 28 x FUEL TV) 3
