Nope.If ab crunches and all those other exercises are no use then what sort of exercises should I be incorporating into my daily routine? Walking. Swimming. Cycling. For me this is going to be a chocolate bar-but for others it will be ice cream or maybe potato chips.However, please remember, I said a little wiggle room-have a small portion of something your really want. As I stated above, this may go against most diet plans-but to me-if you try to be too perfect it--the diet tends to go out the window very fast Whilst we are told that weight loss can help reduce the risks of strokes, diabetes and heart failure this relates only to where the weight loss was achieved by a careful combination of additional exercising and healthier eating. Therefore, if you lose belly fat due to surgical intervention (liposuction) then you will not be able to take advantage of the improvements to your health.
