  2. INTRODUCTION Min Chong Comfort Home was established in 1986 to provide comprehensive geriatric transitional and long-term care. With over 24 years of step-down care experience for the elderly community in Singapore, we are known for our continuous improvements and high standards in the provision of nursing care and in the delivery of effective healthcare services. “Press Enter for next slide”

  3. OUR MISSION Min Chong Comfort Home’s mission is beyond providing nursing care to the poor and low income family, rather, to help each and every resident in realizing their fullest potential to live their lives as active, dignified and independent as possible. “Press Enter for next slide”

  4. OUR SERVICES We provide both respite and long-term residential care for the elderly who require assistance in their daily activities of living. Areas of specialization include:- • Stroke Management • Dementia/Alzheimer Care • Falls Management • Continence Management • Chronic Respiratory Management • Depression and severe anxiety Care Short-term stay for elderly whose care givers require a break to recuperate from stress in caring for the elderly Day care for those who need nursing care and assistance during the day while care givers are at work. “Press Enter for next slide”
