Betty Suarez Daniel's assistant, anything but ordinary, intelligent, hard working and sweet as she tries to please everyone; is devoted to her family and ambitious about life and her job Hilda Suarez Betty's older sister and mother to Justin, who struggles to create her own sense of purpose in light of Betty's success. Character

  4. Ignacio Suarez Father of Betty and Hilda, wants the best for his family and worries over the stress his immigration status has caused them. Justin Suarez Betty's nephew who encourages his aunt to dream big and is more fit for fashion world than she is. Character

  5. Wilhelmina Slater Diva fashionista, who was passed over for Editor-in-Chief position in favor of Daniel; will do anything to get the job she feels entitled to. Marc St. James Wilhelmina's toadying assistant who has the inside scoop on everything at MODE and is always up to something devious. Character

  6. Amanda Tanen Fashion plate receptionist at MODE who schemes with Marc, Wilhelmina's assistant. Daniel Meade Notorious playboy, learning the in's and out's of the fashion business while trying to keep his job after his father hands him Meade Publications. Character
