Implementation Stages • Read SISEP - Exploration Stage transcript and summarize the Exploration Stage. • Discuss the indicators in the Exploration Stage section of the Assessment of Implementation Stages tool. • Consider: Does anything still need to be addressed? What might need to be researched? Other questions raised?

Implementation Stages • Read transcript for the Implementation Stage assigned and summarize on chart paper. • Discuss the indicators for the Implementation Stage assigned on the Assessment of Implementation Stages tool. • Record: • tasks that will need to be completed to prepare for this stage • record questions and items that may need to be researched

  9. Terms of Reference (ToR) Follow-up • Decision Making Tools • Vision Statement • SWG Internal Communication/ Internal Update Forms • DRAFT Fact Sheet for Scaling-up MTSS
