  1. Compal RMA &3 In 1 Report Instruction

  2. Introduce • 匯總每月累積從仁寶生產線上退下的不良品，根據對這些不良品的分析，展示各供應商的品質狀況，推動各供應商不斷改善品質。 • 針對不同材料別，分別采用RMA報告和三合一報告 • RMA報告主要針對不需做復判或廠商無法做復判的材料，包括以下的材料：Invert/RAM/PCB/MCX/Speaker/FPC/Power Code • 三合一報告主要針對需定期做復判的材料，包括以下的材料：HDD/ODD/FDD/Modem/Keyboard/LCD/Battery • RMA報告要求廠商在每月十日前提供;三合一報告要求廠商在每月十五日前提供

  3. Report Form • RMA report form 參見附件。 • 3 in 1 report form 參見附件

  4. RMA Report • RMA report分為兩部分, Total sheet 和各個料號的具體分析圖表，見下圖。 各月不良退運的匯總，不需填寫，該圖表由其他sheet自動帶出。 按料號來填寫資料，一 個料號用一個sheet.

  6. RMA Report-Step 1. • 填寫Sheet左上角：supplier name/part, supplier P/N, Compal P/N. • 表1填寫：RMA No, Return Vol, Input Vol. Goal.如下圖紅框如示。

  7. Monthly Defect Distribution(NTF/Compal/Vendor) Defect Distribution Chart (Vendor) RMA Report-Step 2 • 根據復判結果，填寫下表 ，只需填寫白色區域. • 圖表Monthly Defect Distribution(NTF/Compal/Vendor) & Defect Distribution Chart (Vendor) 根據所填數據自動帶出。 Defect symptom Defect Qty

  8. RMA Report-Step 3 • 填寫表單Compal Defect Distribution(如圖) Defect symptom Defect Qty

  9. RMA Report-Step 4 • 如果本月的不良DPPM大於Goal,則須填寫下表。若沒有超出Goal ，則無須填寫該表。

  10. RMA Report-Step 5 • 以季度為單位，分析三個月的不良狀況，以改善80%不良為目標，找出前幾大不良作為改善的方向。 • 每三個月填寫一次。

  11. 3 In 1 Report 各月不良退運的匯總，不需填寫，該圖表由其他sheet自動帶出。 按料號來填寫資料，一 個料號用一個sheet. • 3 in 1 report分為兩部分, Total sheet 和各個料號的具體分析圖表，見下圖。

  12. 3 In 1 Report 1.monthly defect yield rate (DPPM) table and graph 3.The graph for failure type and reason & FACA 2.Symptom and graph • 三合一報表由三部分組成，表1為每月材料不良DPPM及曲線圖，此表無須填寫;表2為描述不良的現象及曲線圖;表3為不良分析之FACA。

  13. 3 In 1 Report Defect symptom Defect Qty • Step 1: 填寫Supplier name , supplier P/N, Compal P/N • Step 2:依據復判結果填寫下表，只需填寫白色表格部分，“Total Inspected Q‘ty” 即為該月投入量，依據Compal SQE 提供的數據填寫。

  14. 3 In 1 Report • Step 3: 如果根據復判結果，該月材料不良的DPPM大於GOAL，則需提供如下報表。 Failure type Failure reason 注意點 • 完整填寫上圖紅框FACA部分，其余部分不需填寫。 • “Date Issued”所填寫的日期格式需以“6/09/03”形式. • Failure Type/Failure Reason :詳見圖表解釋

  15. 3 In 1 Report • 以Failure type & Failure reason&failure symptom 來分類，相同Failure type 和failure reason 而failure symptom不同的不良應分開分析。參考下例。 • 件號CA#編寫規則：YYMMXX • YY-year,兩位數，如03; MM-month,兩位數，如06; XX-序號
