CCCU KTPs- current projects • Faculty of Health and Social Care – We are working with a Mental Health Trust to develop teleconferencing with a view to innovative practice in mental Health care along with substantial cost savings. • Faculty of Education – is applying knowledge to develop a new evaluation model and toolkit to measure impact of funded projects. • Faculty of Business and Management- working with a SME in Kent to grow the business through increasing their capacity to attract new customers through the development of their website. • Faculty of Business and Management and the Faculty of Education are working with a Kent Based charity to transfer knowledge and skills in business process to enable them to transform into a social enterprise.

Steps to develop and maintain a productive partnership • Events to publicise KTP • Advise academics and companies on KTP • Assist in setting up and submitting proposals • Recruitment of the right people • Support programmes through service meetings, monitoring finances • Reward participating academics • Be a good partner
