Yksilökeskeinen valmennusfilosofia • Selvä rooli/tehtävät jokaiselle pelaajalle (pelipaikkakohtaiset harjoitteet, ominaisuuksia kehittävät harjoitteet) • Pelaaja sinut roolin/tehtävien kanssa (ominaisuuksiltaan, henkisesti) • Ymmärtää oman roolin suhteen muiden pelaajien rooleihin (oma tehtävä joukkueessa)

  6. Yksilökeskeinenvalmennusfilosofia • Tehokkaampia/parempia pelaajia • Tehokkaampi/parempi joukkue • Joukkueen/seuran menestys • Pelaajamyynti lisääntyy
