Jamaica Cricket is a bat and ball game played with 11 players on a almost circular field they throw the ball 22 meters to the batter where they hit the ball and try to accumulate as many runs as possible while the other team is trying to stop them it is very similar to baseball but used different equipment a person who plays cricket is called a cricketer. Ackee and saltfish is a traditional cuisine consisting of ackee witch is a fruit grown in Jamaica it can be a delicious treat or if eaten too ripe then you can become poisoned and sick saltfish Cole slaw tomatos and spices ackee and saltfish is the national cuisine of jamaica

  3. Rasta bracelets 1. Using the pattern, cut the bracelet shape from the craft foam. Punch holes in the ends of the bracelet.2. Wrap the craft thread in various width sections across the bracelet beginning and ending ¾” in from each end. Glue the ends to the back (ends can be cut after each section is wrapped or leave the ends long and wrap the thread over the previous threads).3. To finish each end of the bracelet, cut one 16” piece from each of the craft thread colors, except the thread that is the same color as the pony bead. Insert the thread ends through the hole in the bracelet and pony bead. Braid the threads together, separating the colors for sections. Make a knot at the end of the braid and trim the ends even.
