Texas Citizens on Patrol Association, On behalf of the members of the Hurst Police Department, I would like to express our support for the Hurst Citizens on Patrol in hosting the 2012 Texas Citizens on Patrol Association conference in our city. While hosting the conference, members of our department will be working with COP members to provide learning opportunities so we may all incorporate new ideas into our programs.
