Students will evaluate evidence to develop comparative and casual analyses, and to interpret primary sources. They will construct sound historical arguments and perspectives on which informed decision in contemporary life can be based. • Accomplishment: World History Standards Era 4: Expanding Zones of Exchange and Encounter ( 14 th-16th century)-6.5.12 Understand the place of historical events in the context of past, present and future. A. Understand the significant features of Aztec and Spanish civilization as in their locations of cities, sewage systems, horses, different types of food and architecture.

The students now know the percent of the Mexican population. • The students will have read and taken notes from the videos on the website. The students know what the Aztec contributed to their everyday life. They also know have an understanding on how the Aztec capital became Mexico City. Summary
