Les principes • A partir d’une approche globale du bénéficiaire • Répondre à ses besoins, • Souplesse d’accès sur prescription : entrées et sorties régulières • Une logique de parcours intégrant : articulation avec réponses formation à l’échelon local, coopération avec l’ensembles des dispositifs concourrant à l’insertion des bénéficiaires • Adaptation aux besoins individuels: individualisation, alternance…

  3. Le public • Demandeur d’emploi dans un parcours d’insertion : • Accompagné par une Mission Locale pour les jeunes entre 16 et 25 ans • Ou une Agence Locale pour l’Emploi pour les adultes • Sorti du système scolaire depuis plus d’un an

  4. 4 prestations • Préparatoire à l’emploi 840 heures • Orientation professionnelle 500 heures •  Amélioration de l’expression écrite et orale 900 heures •  Pré professionnalisation sectorielle durée variable 385 à 805h

Prestation préparatoire à l ’emploi PPE • Public • Jeunes présentant potentiellement des difficultés à s’intégrer dans l’emploi (capacité à tenir). • personnes les plus éloignées de l’emploi nécessitant un accompagnement durable et soutenu. • Objectifs • Rechercher et identifier les causes de non-employabilité. • Repérer et valoriser les potentialités transférables dans un emploi futur. • Poser les étapes de sa trajectoire d’insertion. • Organisation • Durée moyenne = 665 heures centre + 175 heures entreprise (environ 6 mois). • Ouvre le droit à une rémunération

Prestation Orientation Professionnelle POP • Public • Demandeurs d’emploi aptes à occuper un emploi mais s’interrogeant sur leur orientation professionnelle ou sur la faisabilité de leur projet. • Objectifs • Découvrir des métiers (secteurs déficitaires) • Construire un projet professionnel • Vérifier et mettre en œuvre un projet professionnel • Organisation • Durée moyenne = 300 heures centre + 200 heures entreprise (environ 3 mois)) • Ouvre le droit à une rémunération

Prestation Amélioration de l ’Expression Ecrite et Orale PAEEO • Public Migrant, primo arrivant souhaitant occuper un emploi et rencontrant des difficultés liées à la maîtrise de la langue française Toute personne rencontrant des difficultés en expression écrite et orale • Objectifs Acculturation aux réalités socio-économiques et découverte des métiers Appropriation de la langue permettant une insertion professionnelle • Organisation • 900 heures maximum en alternance Ouvre le droit à une rémunération

Prestation Pré professionnalisation sectorielle PPS • Public • Demandeurs d’emploi ayant validé un projet et potentiellement apte à occuper un poste de travail • Objectifs • Acquérir les gestes et savoirs professionnels de base • Amener la personne à s’engager dans un parcours qualifiant • Organisation • Durées comprises entre 385 et 805 heures selon les actions
