  2. We are time travelers • It’s MARCH 2013. Installation. • What were you most excited about? • What did you hope to achieve with your term? • List the goals you set for the Division you serve • CIRCLE what you’ve accomplished

  3. Do you remember what SMART goals are? Have you been keeping up with your benchmarks? What goals do you still truly want to achieve by the end? What is your action plan? Every other week? Every month?

  5. FLASH FORWARD: Present Day • We still have time! • Revise your action plan for the goals you haven’t accomplished • Membership • Division Involvement • Fundraising – MNT & PTP! • Service

  6. What challenges have you faced so far? How will you do things differently? Brainstorm different ways you can accomplish your goals. Bring back the EXCITEMENT!! Heart-to-heart (Share your goals!) Reach out to individual clubs This is your last chance to break tradition Make it something the clubs can relate to

  7. Motivation Recharge • Why does the year revolve around “GOLD” • Why are we called the “LEGABEES”

  8. Leaving Your Legacy • What does it mean? • A boost for your successor • The division is in a better place from where it started • Officers know how to train elects • Elects know their responsibilities • Providing the division with something that they can use in the future

  9. It’s not about whether people remember your name, it’s about leaving the division in a place where future members are able to have a fulfilling Key Club experience.

  10. The members believe in you. The LegaBEEs believe in you. We believe in you. It’s time to step things up, and do whatever it takes to leave our legacy. NO REGRETS.
