Key Components of Governor’s State Aid Proposal Statewide Proposal • $21.085 billion in overall school aid • Increase of $889 million, or 4.4% (Auburn-3.1%) • $1.83 billion net Gap Elimination Adjustment (down $321.55 million from last year) • Category aid formulas remain the same for this year [Transportation, Building, BOCES,TLS, Excess Cost] • $203 million Fiscal Stabilization Funding to be distributed [Method Undetermined]
