  2. How to Participate in the Webinar 1) Chat & Questions. If you do NOT have access to a mic and do not call in with a phone, you can use the Questions feature to type a question that you want to ask to the presenters. At the end of the presentation, the facilitator will read out loud any questions that come through this feature. 2) Raise Hand. For most of the webinar, all participants will be in listen-only mode, meaning they will be muted. When the presenter opens the floor for questions, people will not be unmuted unless they use the Raise Hand function.

Eason Davis works at KPMG, LLP as a Senior Manager in the Audit practice. Mr. Davis industry is financial services.  Before joining KPMG in 2011, he lived in London for 5 years working in a similar capacity at a different firm.  He is a Bay Area native and graduated from Cal (UC Berkeley) in 2000.   4. Jennifer Chiu grew up in Phoenix, AZ and moved to the Bay Area to attend Cal (UC Berkeley). Ms. Chiu graduated in 2004 as a Haas Business major. She works at KPMG as a Senior Manager in the Audit practice and has been with the firm for 9 years. Her prime industries are financial services and real estate/ construction.   5. Tatyana Shchiglik is an Associate of Crescent Capital Group LP focusing on investor relations. Prior to joining the team in 2012, Ms. Shchiglik was Manager of Investor Relations at PNMAC (PennyMac) and Investor Relations Specialist at Voyager Management. She has worked in the financial services industry since 2005. Ms. Shchiglik received an M.B.A. from Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
