  2. Product Performance – Product E • This report masks any identifiable company and all names have been replaced with generic names. • This report is for Product E

  3. Market Performance • In FY 11 market value was 14.8m and this year FY 12 market value is 18.1m. This has shown that market growth was 22.3%. • In FY 11 there were 6 products competing in the market but FY 12 a new product was introduced (Product G) – total of 7 Products. • All products have shown growth bar 2 (Product D and F) where 1 is getting phased out and the other is steady.

  5. Product E • Product E has grown by 15.5% but market has grown by 25.3%. The E.I. graph shows a clear growth pattern but we can clearly see Product E has come to mature life and needs new strategies to continue momentum.

  6. Product E • Product A and Product C are next big threats but • Product C has grown by 28.9%. With this growth trend, Product E will lose it’s share in the new FY hence will go down in Revenue. • Product B was the fastest growing and is a bigger threat if Product E does not change it’s strategy.
