Empowering Student Voices - Heathy Campus Initiative

Kent State of Wellness is a healthy campus initiative that prioritizes the health and wellness of students, faculty, and staff. Our mission is to create a collaborative environment that supports the health, well-being, and resilience of each member through education, engagement, and programming. We focus on areas such as alcohol and other drug use, mental health, nutrition, physical activity, preventive care, safety, sexual health, and smoking and tobacco use. Join us in promoting healthy habits for academic success and reducing stress through resources like meditation, Koru mindfulness training, and our team of KSoW Student Ambassadors. Together, we can remove barriers and create a healthier campus community.
