  4. Winter Storms Forecast Discussions: Request that the NWS is very vocal about bias, trends and specific model of choice. Climate Data: Numerous and up to date snow reports by 4pm and 10pm

  5. Severe Convection Extended: Next 5 Days Short Term: Day of event Real Time: Happening Post Event: Storm Assessment

  6. Severe Convection Extended: Next 5 Days In forecast discussions, help identify convective risk as soon as apparent.

  7. Severe Convection • Short Term: Day of event In hazardous outlook, break down the specifics of storm risk and storm mode: • Single verses Multi-cell • Size of hail • Strength of wind • Timing of event

  8. Severe Convection • Real Time: Happening In NWS Chat, provide as much lead time as possible and share reasoning: • About to issue warning • Why not issue warning • Be specific about radar signatures
