  3. Background Research • I started off by going around to most of the shops and asking them their views on Ludlow, I have annalised these and all of then said they liked it here, most said the liked the scenery and all of the shops on the high street mentioned parking as a main problem. • I am going to take the work I have done and use it to do an advert for Ludlow

  4. This is what they said ”It’s got too many charity shops.” ”There aren’t enough ordinary restaurants.” ”It’s lovely” ”It’s a beautiful place to live, very peaceful.” ”It’s a slower place to live.” ”I enjoy living here” ”Absolutely, I have nothing to complain about.” ”Living here, it’s…it’s…it’s… it’s a nice place to live, you can get everything you want!” ”No, I don’t think we have anything to complain about.” ”Um, I dun no, it’s a very friendly place, a huge variety of people, which is very strange.” ”It’s scruffy, in the point it can be a bit dirty.” ”I find the people friendly, good mix of people, some old some young, some well off some not.” ”It’s a very small for filling town, with lots of nice shops and a castle.” ”Well I’m biased, I've been living here all my life… So good!” ”A lovely unique place, we’ve got shops here that you don’t see anywhere else, as you like it!” ”Friendly town, um sort of traditional country values, old-fashioned, don’t like change (racist) Crime is low.” ”We like Ludlow, I've retired here and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.” ”It’s friendly, it’s safe and plenty to do.” ”Ludlow’s pretty quiet, not much for young people to do, there isn't that many job opportunities.” ”Good town for independent retailers, lots of different shops for all customers that come to town.”

  5. To continue ”It’s alright, it’s basically a quiet town” ”picturesque.” ”It’s a beautiful little place, loving it here.” ”OldeWorlde charm.” ”Very nice town, thought people were very friendly” ”I love it, of course.” ”It’s quiet, got everything you need, nice range of shops, nice people.” ”Very good town, good for tourism, foods got a very good name, a very good food festival in September and you don’t get mugged when you walk down the street.” ”It’s a lovely market town, I like the castle and the old properties.” ”I’d give it looks wise 8/10 and living here is 6/10.” ”Love it, I just like the ambience about the place, but I don’t like the parking, looks and living wise its defiantly 9/10.” ”Yeah it’s ok, god, don’t know it’s a nice place to live.” ”I don’ like the weather, it rains a lot.” ”We love Ludlow, the only place we’d come to live, we adore the green space and the river, but we don’t like all the gossip and lack of good ordinary restaurants and pubs.” ”Terrific, very good, nice shops, nice restaurants good for business if you’re a food shop, I like the local food, I can’t think of anything I don’t like, that’s why I live here.” ”Love it, I like the small shops and the friendliness, but parking’s a struggle.” ”I think it’s a really nice town, there needs to be more for young people to do.” ”I like the river and dislike ‘Tesco's’.” ”I live her by choice, so I think it’s okay.” ”Boring, not really much” ”Nice scenery, nice surrounding, but not a lot going on • Community Support Officer ”One of the least spoilt areas left in England, nice place to live, not enough for teenagers: can lead to some antisocial behavior.”
