  3. What is Retailer Showcase? It’s our complimentary, multi-channel marketing platform provided exclusively to Simon & Mills Mall retailers to promote current in-store deals, upcoming events, and information on new products with millions of our Mall shoppers. Each Retailer Showcase post is automatically pushed to your Simon and Mills Mall locations – all, some or one – you decide where and when! Your message appears on each Simon Mall home page where your store or stores are located. Plus exposure on the Mall Facebook page, Mobile Web Site and our Mobile App. The posting platform is turn-key, simple to use, and once registered requires less then 5 minutes to post an offer or event. Registering is simple (www.simon.com/rs) and posting is even easier. Have a question? Our help desk is on same day stand by to assist.

  5. Registering for Retailer Showcase 1 Log into Retailer Showcase at www.simon.com/rs 2 Select REGISTER NOW 3 Complete Seasonal Sales Registration form

Registering for Retailer Showcase 4 • Type the retailer name in the Select Retailer box • Select your brand – it will appear in the drop down menu • If you represent more than one brand you may repeat this step until you have selected all brands • In the Mall Responsible For section, select the malls you represent • To select all malls, click Select All • To select various malls, click the name of each mall, then click > • To remove a mall, click < • To remove all malls, click Remove All 5 • Validate your registration • type the two words/number sets in the reCAPTCHA box 6 Click Submit to have your registration request viewed and approved by a member of the National Retailer Marketing team. 7

  7. Registering for Retailer Showcase Resetting Your Password • Go to www.simon.com/rs • Click on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link. 1 Enter your username (This is the e-mail address you registered with) 2 • Answer your security question. • A link to reset will be sent to your e-mail. 3

  8. Creating an Offer Upon logging in, you will be directed to the Home – National Access page. You will now be able to begin creating your post! 1 Select Offer, Event, or News 2 Click CREATE

  9. Creating an Offer Location Select the appropriate retailer for this offer from the drop down. 3 • Available malls will appear in the list. Select the mall(s) that pertain to this offer. • To add all available malls, click ALL> • To select specific malls, click each mall (mall name will highlight), then click “>” • To remove all selected malls, click <ALL • To remove specific malls, click each mall in Selected Malls section (mall names will highlight), then click “<“ 4

  10. Creating an Offer Image Media Click Upload New Image File to upload the image for the Offer. Upload the desired image. To make adjustments to your image, click the Edit Photo button below Thumbnail Image 6 5 Image Preview- This is how the image will appear on the content stream hover and detail pages for the offer. Thumbnail Preview- This is how the image will appear on the content stream.

  11. Creating an Offer Item Details Type the Title for the offer. 7 Select the Post Date This is the date the offer will be “live” on the content stream and offer detail page). 8 9 Select the Valid From and Valid To dates to show when the offer is usable.

  12. Creating an Offer Item Details Type the abbreviated description of your offer into this field. This should be a brief note that is used to draw attention to the offer. 10 Type the full details of the offer into this field. Here is the information on the perks of the offer, and how to qualify. 11 If there is a discount or promo code for the offer, enter it here. It will appear on the detail page for the offer, and will appear if the offer is printed. 12

  13. Creating an Offer Item Details 13 Type the *disclaimer for the offer into this field. It will display on the offer detail page. *Standard disclaimer will be used if not specified. All offers valid at applicable mall(s) through specified promotion dates only. May not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Not valid for purchase of gift certificates or gift cards. Not redeemable for cash or valid toward previous purchases. Not valid for online, catalog, or phone purchases. Quantities may be limited. No rain checks will be issued. Not valid for store associate use. Additional restrictions may apply. See store for complete details. Click the check boxes for up to 5 categories that match the offer. 14

Validating an Offer Item Validation Click VALIDATE to review your offer. 1 Click Save As Draft to work on the offer later Click Cancel to discard 2 Preview the details of the offer on the “Item Validation” screen. 3 Click “Publish” to submit the offer for approval , or click “Save As Draft” to work om the offer at a later time 4 Note: Offer will be approved before being placed in cue to go “live” on the content stream. You will receive a confirmation email.

  16. Editing Offers Find Your Offer, Event, or News Items • On the Retailer Showcase Offer Management Home Page, search for the item you wish to edit. • Click SUBMIT to view item in your dashboard below. 1 You may refine your search by typing in the location. 2

Editing Offers Note: The search results appear in the lower portion of the page in your dashboard. 3 Click on the title to preview the offer • To edit offer click Edit. • The full offer item page will load. • Once the changes are completed, click the Validate button to review offer • Publish, Save As Draft, or Cancel offer. 4 • To expire offer, click Expire. • This removes the offer from the content stream for both the mall and the retailer pages.

Posting Events 1 • When selecting Event in step 1 you will be directed to a pop-up box verifying your selection. • Repeat Steps 1-8 of Creating Offers • Select your Valid Fromand Valid To dates • De-select “Mall hours” checkbox • Input start and end times • Continue on to steps 10-11 of Creating Offers • Select Category Tags • Continue on to steps 14-17 of Creating Offers 2 3 4 5
