TRENDS IN CODE OF CONDUCT VIOLATIONS • Incidence of serious violations remains low • Number of students involved in serious violations remains low • Drug and alcohol infractions increased slightly • Incidence of fighting increased • Weapons violations remain very low • Insubordination decreased • Disruptive behavior decreased • Harassment/bullying remained the same, increasing at the HS and decreasing at the MS • Bus misconduct increased

  3. TRENDS IN USE OF PENALTIES • HS suspensions remained low for a third year • # of HS students suspended remained the same • Superintendent’s hearings remained the same for our buildings • MS suspensions increased but remained low • Elementary suspensions very low
