  2. ReDispatch Pilot Proven Effective • Nine ReDispatch Events to date • Four Events were test Events • Five Events were real system Events • ReDispatch has proven effective reducing or eliminating curtailments • Inc/Dec cost has been low, less than $40,000

  3. Some Events not 100% effective • ReDispatch was only partly successful in some cases because of lack of bids • ReDispatch effectiveness was reduced in one case by another utility switching series compensation that increased congestion • ReDispatch effectiveness was reduced in another case by the normal hourly generation ramp that increased congestion

  4. The Future • Improving bid volume is important • Bids have increased with the seasonal reduced fish passage constraints on the hydro system • Effectiveness of ReDispatch and low cost have started thinking about expanded Phase 2
