  2. Basic Information • Two papers • Paper I ("MCQs", true/false only) • Paper II (Written structured questions) • Open Book • Bring 2B Pencil!

  3. Paper I • 50 true/false questions • 25 marks in total • no penalty • 30 minutes • Will be collected after 30 minutes • Test basic SE knowledge

  4. Paper II • 5 structured questions • 55 marks in total • 1 hour 30 minutes • Can start early after you finished paper I • Test key skills / understanding in a typical SE project: • requirement, design, implementation, testing

  5. Paper II • No Java coding question • Significant reliance on appropriate modeling diagrams • Past papers are good example to learn the style • Context / question type changes every semester • Note the reduced duration
