Diversidad sedimentaria en el lecho rocoso del Cráter Terby El Cráter Terby, que se encuentra en el borde Norte de la cuenca de Hellas, ha sido rellenado por sedimentos, quizás depositados por el agua o en el interior de un cuerpo de agua. La parte Noreste de estos estratos ha sido erosionada por el viento, dejando expuestos los estratos.
