  1. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows By: Tanner Giberson Author: J.K. Rowling

  2. Dumbledore Characters Voldemort Harry Potter

  3. harry Potter Physical- Roughly 5’10, brown shaggy hair, green eyes, lighting bolt shaped scar on forehead, glasses, not overly muscular, not very toned. Emotional-Harry is strong hearted and brave, would risk anything for his friends, wants to do things his way and by himself, at the same time he has many doubts about himself and his abilities. Relational- Harry is best friends with Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, his girlfriend is Ron's sister Ginny Weasley, spiritually connected to Voldemort, Dumbledores prodigy.

  4. ALBUS DUMBLEDORE Physical- Dumbledore is very elderly, quite tall, long grey hair and moustache, wear glasses and a long cloak, he is supposedly around 150 years old, sparkling blue eyes, portrayed like a typical wizard. Emotional- very humorous, not afraid of what is wrong by wizarding society, very eccentric, polite, trusts very easily which many see as his downfall. Relational- Dumbledore is the head master at Hogwarts where Ron, Hermione and Harry attend school, is very connected with Harry, he was the man who found Tom Riddle (Voldemort).

  5. LORD VOLDEMORT Physical- face has been transformed into a snake, very tall, very fragile look to him, by his appearance you can see that he has put his body through many unknown tortures. Emotional- Voldemort is a very emotional character, he is portrayed as psychopath, holds no remorse to what he has done, he feels no desire or need for human companionship or friendship, and cannot comprehend love or affection for another. Relational- Voldemort is Harry’s arch rival, he killed Harry’s parents, him and Harry’s spirits are connected through the famous scar, Dumbledore is the man who discovered the, at the time, young man Tom Riddle.

  6. The Movie Cast Harry Potter- For Harry in the movie I would choose Daniel Radcliffe to play him. He fits the physical description of Harry very well. He is shy and unsure just like harry is in the book. Dumbledore- Michael Gambon would be a good choice to play Dumbledore. He has the beard and sparkling eyes the same as Dumbledore. He also has along list of past experience. Voldemort- I would choose the same man, Ralph Fiennes, who plays Voldemort in the films. His eyes are red and his face looks very similar to Voldemort. The makeup artists would have and easier time transforming him into Voldemort

  7. Character map Harry Potter Hermoine Granger Draco Malfoy Dumbledore Ron Weasley Severus Snape Voldemort Dobby

  8. PLOT CLIMAX The climax in the plot is at the end of the book when Harry finally has his show down with Voldemort. Harry knows the he will have to sacrifice himself for the greater good. He surrenders to Voldemort but does not die. He is saved by what his mother did to save him so many years ago. Voldemort kills the piece of soul inside Harry not Harry himself. Harry comes back and defeats Voldemort. If this situation was not to occur the dark side of magic would have taken over not just the magic world but the entire world. It would have ruined the entire series.

  9. Theme and title Theme-The main theme in the novel is good vs evil. Harry and all his friends are finally going to fight Voldemort and his dark magic. Another main theme is friendship. Without the help of his friends, Harry could have never made it this far. Title- The Deathly Hollows fits this book very well. These hollows are a subject the comes up a lot throughout the book, and they are also the key to destroying Voldemort. No other title would work.

  10. CONFLICT The main conflict in the novel is Voldemort trying to kill Harry to take over the world of magic. Harry is the one thing standing in his way. The only solution is for one of the two to be killed. There was no other way for this to be handled. For either to get what they want the other would have to fall.

  11. WORDLE 1. Harry 2. Voldemort 3. Deathly Hallows 4. Horcrux 5. Nagini 6. Sacrifice 7. Invisibility cloak 8. Elder wand 9. Resurrection stone 10. Dumbledore

  12. Writing Style “His face was huge, shiny and pink, every feature distorted by Hermoines jinx”. P.371 “ ‘Run!’ Harry roared; the night was full of hideous yells and blows as the giants wrestled, and he seized Hermione's hand and tore down the steps into the grounds Ron bringing up the rear.” P.521 “ The moment after she touched the mark Harrys scar burned savagely, the starry room vanished from sight,” P.474 “ The snake rustled on the filthy, cluttered floor, and he had killed the boy, and yet he was the boy.” P. 282 “ The dreadfully familiar face of Lucious Malfoy fell on Harrys ears.” P.370 The way J.K. Rowling writes is very unique. She is exceptional at describing people looks and moods. It is very easy to picture what is going on also.
