ANALISIS APLICACIÓN DE LAS NECESIDADES HUMANA EN LA I Y D El hombre a ido aprendiendo a satisfacción su necesidades gracia a investigación y desarrollo desde su origen fue satisfaciendo su necesidades desarrollando medios para su protección como armas, buscando lugares donde vivir, hasta llegar el día de hoy toda esta investigación que ase el hombre para satisfacer su necesidad en la vida diaria la lleva también acabo en la empresa, para que tenga un mayor rendimiento para que esto se cumpla se requiere tener una buena motivación esto se logra mutuamente entre la empresa y el trabajador la empresa tiene dar un incentivo para logra motivarlo y así tener un mayor rendimiento el trabajador en la empresa que labora . Los investigadores Abraham maslow Describe las necesidades atreves de su pirámide que son: necesidades básico, seguridad,social,ego,realizacion. Herzberg dice que para tener satisfacción se debe cumplir con dos teoría factores higiénico y motivación.
