  5. IS FORBIDDEN TO SWIM WITH THE BIB! YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE BIB ON THE BIKE , LIKE THE HELMET and THE OTHER MATERIALS

  6. BIKE COURSE One lap of 92km; 4 refreshment. Hilly Course Altimetry : 1000mt The Bike Course is close to traffic, but is mandatory to respect the rules of the road. Challenge Rimini is a NO DRAFT race.

  7. RUN COURSE : • N. 3 LAPS OF 7km • N. 2 REFRESHMENTS FOR EACH LAP • Runcourseistotallyflat .

  8. CHECK-IN • Only registered athletes can get into Transition Area . • It’s mandatory handing in the bike Sunday Morning from 07.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.. • Team Relays : only the rider must be handing in the bike.

  11. SPECIAL NEEDS Handing in of Special Needs within 8:00 at the exit of Transition Zone The SPECIAL REFRESHMENTS will be at - KM 47 Bike Course refreshment of Monte Cerignone - Run Course Refreshmentnear the pier The Special Needswill be on a table and the athletes must take on theirown.

START • The checkwill be in a box on the beach near Start ( Beach Near the Pier) • The start will be from the beach • The startingorderwill be asfollows : • 11.00 START PRO M/F + ALL FEMALE CATEGORIES + M4/M5/M6 and more MEN • 11.10 START M2/M3 MEN • 11.15 START M1/S1/S2MEN • 11.20 START S3/S4 MEN • 11.30 RELAYS

  14. TIME LIMITS • The swimming competition can be considered completed after 1H30’ after the beginning of the race, for both individuals andteams • The bike route will be closed to all competitors, both for those in a team and individual participants, at 17:30. • The race will be closed for all competitors, both for teams and for individual runners, at 20:30.

  15. PENALTIES • The draft zone is measured as the area of a rectangle; 12 mt long and 3 mt wide from the front side of the bicycle ahead and the front side of the bicycle that follows, extending from each side of the bicycle to 1.5 mt from the front wheel. • Athletes have 15 seconds to cross the draft zone . • The penalty for drafting, dangerous driving or unsportsmanlike conduct will consist of a 5’ stop . A 2nd penalty will result in a 10’ stop, which will take place in the equipped PENALTY BOX on the run course. A 3rd penalty will lead to disqualification.

  16. AWARD CEREMONY • EveryFinisherwillreceive a medal and a T-SHIRT • The first 10 athleteswill be awarded in cash. Cut-of equal to 10% of the time of the first classified • The first 3 athletes of each Age Group category will be awarded. The categories will be divided as follows: 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
