  2. Geometry • I have learned a lot about Geometry in this class. I usually like to do the Geometry units on IXL because I do very well on them. I did a pretty good job on the Geometry test that we had this year. My favorite part about Geometry is the shapes and all of the measuring and defining what shape the picture really shows and stuff like that

  3. Fractions and Decimals • We are currently in a unit about fractions and this time. Decimals we did a long time ago. I didn’t fully understand decimals as much as I did fractions, but I think I will do very well on the fractions portion of the Unit 9 test. On IXL I do fractions and decimals and usually get 100% on them.

  4. Mad Minute Math • Mad Minute Math is where we have 1 minute and 30 seconds to do 50 math problems. Multiplication, Division, Subtraction, and Addition. I already have my stars for Multiplication and Division. As seen here. I’m still working on getting Addition and Subtraction. There actually harder than I thought!

  5. Teach a Lesson • Today I am going to teach a lesson on line plots. Line plots are something I am very good at. So let’s say you want to draw a fish at point 4,3. So you would go along the bottom and look for the four. Go up 3 spaces from the four. Look 4 spaces to the left and find the 3. Then you’ll know you have the problem answered correctly. Because • The both line up at the same points!

  6. Thanks for watching! • Thank you for watching my math portfolio and I hope you enjoy the rest of the presentation!!!!
