  1. Concerning stripping/HLT1correlations Jacopo Nardulli, Vladimir Gligorov RAL, Glasgow This is an update of this previous talk CP measurements WG: gamma with trees (05 March 2009) The issue: How much does the HLT1 cut ? Defined as events passing the stripping and L0 events passing stripping+L0+HLT1

  2. Previous resultsHere all alleys. Both TIS and TOS Previous results can be found here: CP measurements WG: gamma with trees (05 March 2009) Now will look into more detail at various lines and at TIS/TOS

  3. Removing almost all the cutsfor mbias L0-yes events I get 1260 pass 73 pass HLT1 ~factor 17 as seen before !

  4. Let’s now take only the L0-hadron 1260 pass 765 Pass L0-had 16 HLT1 SingleHad 7 ~28 factor bigger than what seen before 19 HLT1 DiHad

  5. Splitting in TIS/TOS/TOB 1260 pass 765 Pass L0-had 362 TIS 100 TOB 303 TOS 16 HLT1 SingleHad 7 7 4 5 19 HLT1 DiHad 1 8 3 4 3 7

  6. So for TOS events I have 1260 pass 765 Pass L0-had 303 TOS 7 ~factor 22 1 8

  7. What did we learn so far ? • Removing almost all the stripping cuts we still have this • factor of events cut by the HLT1 (which obviously gets bigger) • We can re-produce it for TOS events which pass the L0-hadron • and then look separately at the Single and di-Hadron lines • What’s next ? • Adding HLT1 like cuts one by one in the stripping and see what • changes.

  8. Adding the cuts(now looking only at L0-had-TOS events & HLT1 Single&Di Hadron)

  9. Adding the cuts(now looking only at L0-had-TOS events & HLT1 Single&Di Hadron)
