Use the clipboard task pane

Use the Clipboard Task Pane

To use the Clipboard task pane:

  • Click the HOME tab.

  • Click the Clipboard task pane launcher.

  • Select the desired text and click the Copy button in the Clipboard group.

  • Continue selecting text and clicking the Copy button.

  • Position the insertion point.

  • Click the desired item in the Clipboard task pane.

To change the Clipboard task pane options:

  • Click the Options button at the bottom of the Clipboard task pane.

  • Insert a check mark before the options that you want active.

To find and replace text:

  • Click the Replace button in the Editing group on the HOME tab.

  • At the Replace dialog box, type the text in the Find what text box.

  • Press Tab.

  • Type the text in the Replace with text box.

  • Click the Replace All button.

  • Click the INSERT tab.
